Exploit Frontier is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software QA Tester to help us find bugs before our clients do. Your main job will be to test our website and portal from start to finish, making sure our researchers get a smooth, error-free experience when using our platform.
What You Will Do
- Do manual testing on the main Exploit Frontier website and its subdomains.
- Write clear bug reports that include steps to reproduce the issue and screenshots.
- Create and manage bug tickets in Jira, and assign them to our development team.
- Double-check that bugs are actually fixed after the developers update the code.
What We Are Looking For
- Knowledge of different types of manual testing (such as functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, and cross-browser testing).
- Basic understanding of the technologies we use: TypeScript, PHP, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
- A "hacker mindset"—you are good at finding edge cases and figuring out how a system might break.
- Good written communication skills so your bug reports are easy for the team to understand.
