Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel for a Junior Software Developer. The responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing software systems, as well as programming, troubleshooting, and implementing back-end web technologies. The Junior Software Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient technical solutions while adhering to best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
• Experience with Back-End Web Development and related frameworks
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Effective collaboration and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Specific Desirable Requirments

Frontend:

• Working knowledge of ReactJS or AngularJS
• Ability to build responsive UI components
• Experience integrating REST APIs with frontend

Backend:

• Basic understanding of REST API development
• Hands-on experience with Express.js or Fastify
• Understanding of request/response lifecycle

Database:

• Basic PostgreSQL knowledge
• Ability to write simple queries and understand table relationships

Cloud:

• Basic exposure to AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with concepts like S3, IAM, or deployment environments

Integrations:

• Basic experience consuming third-party APIs
• Understanding of API authentication (API keys, tokens)

Version Control:

• Git fundamentals (clone, branch, commit, push)
• Experience working with GitHub repositories
