About The Role
We're looking for a junior social media marketing trainee who lives and breathes social platforms, understands trends, and is excited about building brands online—not just posting for the sake of it.
This is not a “schedule-and-forget” role. You’ll manage real brand accounts inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how social media drives engagement, reach, and results.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
What You'll Be Doing
- Posting and managing content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Writing engaging captions aligned with brand voice & strategy
- Assisting in planning and executing social media calendars
- Researching trends, hashtags, formats, and competitor activity
- Coordinating with designers for creatives & reels
- Supporting reel ideas, carousel concepts, and content themes
- Monitoring comments, DMs, and basic community engagement
- Tracking post-performance and preparing simple reports
- Sharing fresh content and campaign ideas

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (onsite)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
