Role Description
This full-time Junior Social Media Executive role is based on-site at our Kolkata office. The Junior Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing social media accounts, planning and creating engaging content, running and optimizing social media campaigns, and collaborating with team members to achieve marketing goals. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, analyzing audience engagement, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the company’s social media presence and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation experience
- Proficient in Digital Marketing and Marketing techniques
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience in social media management or a related field is a plus
