Role Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients
- Understand client briefs, brand voice, and marketing objectives
- Ideate and develop monthly content strategies and content calendars
- Write engaging, platform-specific content (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
- Coordinate with the design and performance teams for smooth execution
- Schedule and publish content across respective platforms
- Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
- Present content plans and reports to clients
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative ideas
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations
- Experience in making impactful and professional Presentations
- Strong Customer Service and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Account Management and maintaining professional relationships
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to drive engagement and growth
- Proficiency in Media Planning to design and manage impactful campaigns
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills for content creation and audience engagement
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in social media tools and platforms is a plus
