Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior - Site Supervisor, located in Coimbatore. The Junior - Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing on-site team activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and monitoring project timelines. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, ensuring materials are appropriately managed, and resolving on-site challenges effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management software and basic tools for tracking progress and reporting updates is a plus.
- Previous experience in supervising construction or site projects is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or a related field.
We are looking for fresher candidates with B.E or Diploma civil graduates.
