Summary Of Position
Netrio’s next-generation delivery platform, powered by ServiceNow, enables our teams to deliver managed services with precision, automation, and efficiency. We’re expanding our ServiceNow development team and seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer with at least two years of hands-on experience to help enhance and scale our multi-tenant ServiceNow environment.
This role focuses on configuration, customization, and support across key ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, SPM, and ITOM. You’ll work closely with senior developers, platform engineers, and product delivery to translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable technical solutions that improve client and agent experiences.
Core Requirements
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow processes or business modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, or ITBM).
- Familiarity with inter-instance integrations (eBonding/Case Exchange) and API-based connections using IntegrationHub.
- Understanding of key ServiceNow components like Service Catalog, Incident Management, and Change Management.
- Ability to collaborate with Core Platforms & Product teams to translate functional needs into platform deliverables.
- Exposure to Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and conversational workflows.
- Knowledge of REST, JSON, SOAP, and LDAP (SSO) integrations.
- Basic experience with Client Portal customization using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with UI Builder and modern UX design within ServiceNow.
- Experience working in an MSP environment is desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Netrio’s ServiceNow platform to improve functionality, automation, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components including business rules, Flow Designer workflows, catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and participate in Agile sprints.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new clients and services into ServiceNow.
- Work with APIs and IntegrationHub to connect ServiceNow with internal and external systems.
- Maintain clear documentation and adhere to development and change management best practices.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and deploying new releases or enhancements.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and identify opportunities for process automation and AI integration.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred (ITSM, CSM, or ITOM).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and core architecture.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on building clean, reusable, and maintainable solutions.
Desirable Extras
- Familiarity with Domain Separation in multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.
- Experience with Performance Analytics, Dashboards, or Reporting.
- Understanding of AI Search, Automation Engine, or Now Assist capabilities.
- Prior experience supporting a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-client environment.
