Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Service Engineer role located in Bengaluru. The Junior Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to clients, and conducting maintenance and repair activities for Coburn's optical and diagnostic equipment. The role involves ensuring the equipment's optimal performance and supporting customer satisfaction through proactive service and expertise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues
- Experience in Field Service, including deployment and on-site repairs
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and reporting
- Knowledge in Technical Support and resolving customer inquiries
- Ability to perform Maintenance & Repair of advanced optical and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant technical certification or a diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and adapt to varying work environments
