Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Sr - Project Management role located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, monitoring and meeting deadlines, effective communication with stakeholders, and supporting program management activities. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects effectively
- Program Management experience to align multiple projects with strategic business objectives
- Excellent Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience in industrial or technology sectors is advantageous
