Role Description
The Senior Engineer Execution will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring safety and compliance with building regulations. The role also involves resolving technical challenges and providing leadership to engineering teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and execution skills, with experience handling construction timelines and budgets effectively
- Proficiency in site supervision, technical problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations
- Team leadership and coordination abilities to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Knowledge of construction materials, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in project management tools and software relevant to the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction engineering or project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
