Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Junior/Senior Architect located in Pune City. The Junior/Senior Architect will support various stages of projects, including architectural design, drafting, and assisting in the preparation of concept drawings and presentations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior architects, coordinating with consultants, assisting in project management, and ensuring seamless integration of design elements. Additionally, the role involves utilizing design software and contributing to the development of creative, functional designs for residential, institutional, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong understanding of design principles
- Experience with Architecture-specific software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Knowledge of Integration and ability to work on diverse projects in a collaborative environment
- Skills in Project Management, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines
- Strong creative thinking with attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment
- Familiarity with local building codes and practices is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset
Work Schedule
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (National Holidays considered)
Weekly Off: Every 2nd and 4th Saturdays and all Sundays
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects assigned to you.
- Act as the single point of contact for coordination with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Work across multiple project typologies – Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Hospitality.
- Be involved in all project stages, from architectural planning to interior detailing and execution.
- Conduct periodic site visits and ensure quality and design intent are maintained.
- Train and guide junior team members, ensuring alignment with office processes and design thinking.
- Report directly to the partners for all project updates and clarifications.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability towards assigned responsibilities.
- Be a coffee enthusiast and actively participate in the office culture.
- Larger focus will be on hospitality projects. You will be required to work thoroughly on large-scale projects that demand high levels of commitment, precision, and attention to detail, given the critical nature and scale of these developments.

Other Details
Probation Period: 3 months (confirmation subject to performance and work ethics)
A minimum commitment of 2 years is required.
