SEO Executive – Job Description

Job Role
We are looking for an SEO Executive who can help improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility for international e-commerce clients. The candidate should have knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and basic digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Work on On-Page SEO optimization
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content
- Handle Off-Page SEO activities like backlinks and directory submissions
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Conduct technical SEO audits and fix indexing/crawling issues
- Improve internal linking and website structure
- Coordinate with developers for technical improvements
- Work on Shopify and WordPress websites
- Track keyword rankings and prepare SEO reports
- Optimize product and category pages for e-commerce SEO
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts
- Knowledge of Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Understanding of Shopify or WordPress
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and Google Ads
- Strong learning attitude and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 6 months to 2 years experience in SEO/Digital Marketing
- Certification in Google Analytics or SEO is a plus
