Job details:
- Provide L1/L2 support for SAP MM module (incident, service requests, and change requests)
- Handle and resolve tickets related to procurement, inventory management, and vendor processes
- Support end-users with issues in Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Verification (IV)
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in material master, vendor master, and pricing conditions
- Work closely with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
- Assist in testing (UAT), documentation, and implementation of minor enhancements
- Ensure timely closure of tickets within defined SLAs
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and user guides
