Junior Salesforce Developer
Role Overview We're looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team and help build, customize, and maintain our Salesforce GRC platform. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with foundational Salesforce knowledge who's eager to grow quickly in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Build integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Support Salesforce deployments using change sets or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews. Maintain technical documentation and support end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years of Salesforce development experience (internships or project work counts). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or actively pursuing it). Basic proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Familiarity with declarative tools — Flow Builder, Process Builder, or similar. Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn. Good communication skills for working cross-functionally.
Nice to Have Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience with Git and version control. Exposure to Salesforce DX and VS Code Salesforce extensions. Knowledge of integration patterns or experience with any external APIs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
