We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Lead Generation Executive who will support our business development team by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and nurturing leads for ERPNext implementation projects.
Role Overview
The Junior Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, outreach, and initial client engagement. The role involves researching potential businesses, making calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the senior sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in B2B SaaS / ERP sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify potential companies in Manufacturing, Trading, FMCG, and NGO sectors.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and business directories to find decision makers.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects.
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Contact business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and IT heads to introduce ERP solutions.
- Explain basic value propositions of ERPNext and AI-driven automation.
- Qualify leads and identify businesses interested in ERP implementation.
Meeting & Demo Scheduling
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospects.
CRM & Data Management
- Update lead status, call notes, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Maintain daily activity reports.
Partner Outreach
- Connect with Chartered Accountants and Financial Consultants for partnership opportunities.
- Build referral relationships for ERP leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Basic understanding of business software, ERP, or SaaS is a plus.
- Good research skills to identify potential prospects.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
Preferred Profile
- Experience with ERP, SaaS, or IT services sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools.
- Interest in AI, Automation, and Business Technology.
