Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive at our office in Bengaluru's RT Nagar. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding customer needs, promoting interior design solutions, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day activities include engaging with potential clients, showcasing our offerings, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in sales and client interactions
- Customer relationship management and ability to understand and address customer needs
- Proficiency in negotiation and result-oriented skills to achieve sales targets
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts or a willingness to learn
- Problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and an enthusiastic attitude
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in local languages and English will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage but not mandatory
