Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. The role includes preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The candidate will also represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, with a results-oriented approach.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations, and a solid understanding of market research principles.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and reporting software is an advantage.
- Passion for business development, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant prior internship or work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the events industry and/or digital marketing is a plus.
