Role:
It’s an exciting time to work with Gravitas AI. We are currently going through an unprecedented period of transformation powered by a pipeline of innovative projects, and as a result, we are looking for a IT Sales Executive role in India.
This role will be working quite closely with the office of the Chief Executive Officer & other Co-Founders, and you will be responsible for all sales-related activities for flagship AI-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Outreach (Primary Focus)
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp messaging
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities in the Indian market
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Book meetings and deliver product demonstrations after training
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Account Management (Secondary Focus)
- Manage existing client accounts
- Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups
- High energy, target-driven, and resilient mindset
- Willingness to learn AI and automation platforms (training provided)
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or inside sales
- Experience delivering sales demos or presentations (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce – a plus)
- Background in SaaS, AI, or technology sales is an advantage
Training & Growth:
- Structured training on AI & platform automation products
- Sales scripts, objection handling, and demo training
- Clear career growth path into Senior Sales / Account Manager roles

Compensation
Competitive base salary + sales commissions and performance incentives
