Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Engineer role based in Pune District. As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will interact with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored technical solutions, and support the sales team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of technical presentations, demonstrating products, conducting technical discussions, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes to effectively engage with customers and promote technical solutions.
- Strong background in providing Technical Support and resolving customer technical issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or with BLDC-based products is an advantage.
