Junior Sales Counsellor – The Language SKOOL

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Counsellor to drive student enrolments by engaging with prospects, counselling them on suitable programs, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Generate additional leads independently
- Convert enquiries into enrolments
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Performance & Targets
- Variable pay during probation (first 3 months) linked to performance
- Minimum 50% target achievement required for variable payout
- Incentives unlocked at 90%+ target achievement
Compensation
- Probation (First 3months): Fixed + Variable
- Post 3 months: 100% Fixed + High incentives
- Monthly incentives + performance bonuses (up to ₹2L/month cap)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Counselling / EdTech/Insurance
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset
