Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Resource position specializing in Finance, Internal Audit, GST, and TDS at Gupta Jain & Associates LLP, located in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing and analyzing audit reports, conducting financial and regulatory audits, assisting in GST and TDS compliance, and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial reporting standards. The Junior Resource will also contribute to ensuring internal processes are efficient and comply with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
- Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge in Finance
- Excellent Communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including GST and TDS
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- 1-2 years of experience in auditing or relevant finance roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of IGAAP, Ind AS, or IFRS is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
