Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Resource - Finance, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assisting in financial analysis, preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting accounting activities, and collaborating on audits and compliance matters. The role also involves handling client communications and ensuring timely delivery of financial deliverables. As part of a dynamic team, the Junior Resource will contribute to high-quality financial service delivery and play a key role in achieving client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data and identify trends
- Knowledge in Finance and the preparation and review of Financial Statements
- Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency with financial software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Worked involved in cyber audit as well
- Prior internship or experience in accounting/auditing is a plus
