Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Rourkela, for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Assistant I. The position involves conducting in-depth research, performing experimental and analytical tasks, collecting and analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with other team members on research projects. The selected candidate will closely work with project supervisors to achieve research objectives and contribute to high-quality outcomes in line with the project's goals. The role also includes active participation in progress discussions and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
- Research and analytical skills, including the ability to design and execute experiments
- Technical knowledge relevant to the research area, with expertise in laboratory procedures, data collection, and analysis
- Strong report writing and documentation skills for research findings
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team
- Proficiency in related tools, software, or methodologies in the field of research
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent qualifications as required by the specific project
- Prior research experience is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to advancing scientific knowledge
