Role Description
This is a 3 year, on-site Junior Research Fellow for a DRDO project, "Optimized Thermal Management of BESS with BMS and Design, Development of Smart inverter for defence microgrid application". The Junior Research Fellow will assist in planning, executing, and analyzing academic and scientific research projects. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to scientific publications or presentations. The role also involves collaborating with faculty, and participating in academic and research-based seminars and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Control/Power Engineering
- GATE/NET Qualified
- An aptitude for independent and innovative thinking in research undertakings
Renumeration
37000 + 10% HRA for first 2 year and 42000 + 10% HRA for 3rd year.
Duration of Project: 3 years and JRF will be considered for Ph.D. program at UPES, as per the institute’s norms.
