About The Opportunity
A specialist in background screening and risk-management services that supports enterprise and mid-market clients across India and globally. We deliver end-to-end background verification (BGV) — criminal, employment, education, address and identity checks — with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and client-ready reporting. We are expanding our India on-site operations and hiring an entry-level report writer to join the BGV operations team.
Primary Job Title: Junior Background Verification Report Writer
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft clear, concise and client-ready background verification reports from investigator case notes and sourced documents.
- Validate and synthesise findings from criminal, employment, education, address and identity checks into standardised report formats.
- Update case-management/ATS records with accurate evidence links, status updates and audit-ready notes.
- Follow SLAs, quality checklists and data-privacy protocols; flag and escalate discrepancies or adverse findings.
- Coordinate with investigators and client contacts to obtain missing documentation and clarify conflicting information.
- Contribute to process improvements and template standardisation to increase throughput and reduce rework.
