About The Opportunity
We operate in the Background Verification and Medical Records Review sector, delivering accurate compliance-focused screening and clinical documentation validation for employers, healthcare providers, and third-party clients. This is an on-site, India-based junior role focused on high-volume report checking and quality assurance within BGV and medical reporting workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify and validate background verification and medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity against source documents.
- Identify discrepancies, escalate exceptions to senior analysts, and follow defined remediation workflows to closure.
- Perform quality checks on data entry and report formatting to ensure compliance with client SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-reference medical terminology, test results, and clinical notes to confirm consistency and flag potential errors.
- Maintain accurate audit logs and update case management systems with verification outcomes and supporting notes.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and participating in periodic quality reviews.
