About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the Cloud Communications & Customer Experience SaaS sector, delivering voice, contact-center and AI-enabled support solutions to enterprise clients. We hire for scale across engineering, product, sales and customer success teams and are building a compact, high-impact TA function that sources top talent remotely across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn and social channels using targeted Boolean search and passive sourcing techniques.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone/video screens and assess fit against role criteria; summarise findings for hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications end-to-end to ensure a smooth, timely experience.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and Google Sheets; track pipeline and hiring metrics for assigned roles.
- Support offer coordination, reference checks and onboarding logistics in collaboration with HR operations.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns, campus outreach and referral programmes to meet hiring targets.
