Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our remote team on a full-time basis. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet the hiring needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include leveraging our talent pool, building strong candidate relationships, assisting in job postings, managing recruitment tools, and supporting end-to-end hiring processes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about connecting talent with career opportunities and thriving in a dynamic, global environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in sourcing and recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple roles and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms; previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge in employment laws, talent acquisition trends, or talent pool management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous hands-on experience or an internship in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is advantageous but not mandatory.
