Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter at Globelance. Primary responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process. You will leverage online platforms to identify top talent, provide timely feedback to candidates, and work collaboratively with hiring teams to ensure seamless placements. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining candidate databases and assisting with outreach initiatives to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination
- Skills in relationship management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet target-based performance goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of global hiring trends and talent acquisition strategies is a plus
- Proficiency in using professional networking platforms and social media for recruitment
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
