Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Junior Recruiter at Globelance. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, assisting with screening and interviews, and collaborating with freelancers and consultants to meet client hiring needs. The role includes using talent acquisition strategies to match the right candidates to job opportunities and supporting onboarding processes for new hires. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and earn competitive payouts based on successful placements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients
- Basic understanding of recruitment techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate sourcing methods
- Proficiency in organizational and time management to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Attention to detail and skills in managing recruitment data and candidate records
- Self-motivated, adaptive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with freelancing platforms, HR tools, or recruitment software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
