Role Description
This is a full-time remote Junior Recruiter role. The Junior Recruiter will focus on identifying, sourcing, and matching top talent with client job openings. Responsibilities include screening potential candidates, managing communication with clients and candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and staying updated with recruitment trends. The role will also require meeting placement targets and contributing to the overall success of the platform’s talent acquisition activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment processes
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and database management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to match candidates effectively with job requirements
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition metrics and recruitment trends is a plus
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or consulting is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
