Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Junior Recruiters. The Junior Recruiter will focus on talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment databases, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. The role offers performance-based earnings of up to 10,000 monthly, providing growth opportunities for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Understanding of recruitment processes, including database management and coordination with hiring teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Time management, organization, and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to adapt to remote work environments and meet performance targets
- Basic knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR is a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
