Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open roles with the best-suited talent. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding processes. The Junior Recruiter will also be responsible for achieving monthly placement targets, with earnings based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in recruitment while supporting organizations in building their teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Organizational skills for maintaining candidate databases and ensuring efficient follow-ups.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards and LinkedIn.
- Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines in a result-oriented environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work in a remote setting.
- Experience in marketing recruitment services or similar roles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
