Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring strategies. This individual will collaborate with the recruitment and human resources team to identify top talent, develop and execute employer branding initiatives, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. With a target-driven compensation structure (up to $10K), this role offers a dynamic opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive and results-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing processes
- Understanding of Employer Branding and its role in attracting talent
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment
- Adaptability and a target-driven mindset
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
