About The Opportunity

We are hiring a Junior Recruiter to own high-volume, target-driven sourcing and closing for India-based roles. This is a fully remote position with performance-based incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and targeted Boolean searches to build qualified pipelines.
- Manage candidate flow in the ATS: screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and present shortlists to hiring managers.
- Drive end-to-end coordination—schedule interviews, gather feedback, and follow up to move candidates through the funnel.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets; convert pipelines into hires through timely engagement and offer facilitation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring metrics; produce simple recruitment reports to track conversions and source effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job briefs, sourcing strategies, and job ad placements for better quality-of-hire.
