Role Description :
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter (Target based/15k). The Junior Recruiter will source candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks, and conduct initial screenings to match applicants with open roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, following up with applicants, and supporting senior recruiters with hiring activities. The role also involves meeting defined recruitment targets, collaborating with team members, and providing regular updates on progress to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
Qualifications :
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with online job portals, social media platforms, and basic computer skills for remote work.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and a proactive, target-driven approach to meeting recruitment goals.
- Relevant education such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; prior internship or experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing hiring needs is essential.
