They are responsible for various tasks and duties, which include:
- Support senior recruiters in candidate sourcing and screening
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments, either over the phone or in-person
- Coordinate and schedule further interviews with hiring managers
- Post job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and company website
- Maintain and update candidate database and tracking system
- Assist in organizing career events and job fairs
- Support the onboarding process of new hires
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Education - Bachelors in any stream with Strong Comm Skills.
