Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Junior Recruiter. In this role, you will support recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. Key responsibilities include posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in onboarding processes. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and human resources
- Ability to organize, manage data, and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and basic computer applications
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage priorities efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory
