🚀 Hiring: Recruiter (2-3 Year Experience)
Work From Home | Monthly Travel to Kochi | Salary up to ₹15,000
We are looking for a IT Recruiter who is eager to build a career in IT recruitment and can support end-to-end hiring activities under guidance.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for early-career recruiters who want strong exposure to sourcing, screening, and interview coordination in a fast-paced recruitment environment
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports
Follow up with candidates through the hiring process
Support senior recruiters and team leads in daily hiring activities
Required Skills & Experience
Min 2 year of experience in recruitment (IT)
Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment process
Good communication and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Comfortable working in a Work From Home setup

Compensation
Maximum salary: ₹15,000 per month
