Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment coordination. The candidate should be comfortable handling hiring activities, candidate communication, interview scheduling, job portal management
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source and shortlist candidates from job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and coordinate initial HR discussions.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and hiring agencies for candidate sourcing.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels.
Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Onboarding
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for hiring requirements.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure smooth HR communication and process coordination.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and recruitment platforms.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Experience in education, edtech, or training industry is a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred
