Job Title: IT Recruiter (Freshers / 0–1 Year Experience)
Location: Work from Home (Preferred: South India)
Shift Timing: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Friday)
About the Role:
Kaizen Global Technologies is hiring an IT Recruiter to support hiring for Australian clients. We specialize in IT and Cybersecurity recruitment, connecting top tech talent with leading global organizations.
Eligibility:
- MBA (HR) or any technical background
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in IT recruitment and talent sourcing
- Basic understanding of technologies (preferred for technical background)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good learning attitude and adaptability
Role Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
