Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter (0–2 Years Experience)
Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for non-IT roles in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for US-based non-IT roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates to meet client requirements
- Understand client job descriptions and hiring expectations
- Maintain compliance with recruitment processes and documentation
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Exposure to US staffing or non-IT recruitment is an added advantage
