Responsibilities
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Skills and Qualifications
• 1-3 years of Tech/Non-Tech recruiting experience, working in a medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environment (mixed experience in both agency and corporate is preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
• Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
• Proven ability in building up effective relationships. • Strong communication and influencing skills.
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Trivandrum (Onsite)
Shift - 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Notice period - Immediate 30 days
