Role Description
The Junior Recruiter will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and assisting in the onboarding of talented educators and staff for C V Raman Academy. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining recruitment databases. The Junior Recruiter will also collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Ability to build and maintain candidate databases with attention to detail
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple hiring needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in educational or training institutions is an added advantage
- A proactive and adaptable approach to recruitment, with a focus on teamwork
