Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Junior Recruiter for our Coimbatore location. This on-site role involves sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting hiring managers in identifying top talent. Responsibilities include posting job advertisements, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, managing candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate with different departments to address staffing needs effectively and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and sourcing skills, including experience in candidate outreach, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain positive candidate and stakeholder relationships
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience as a recruiter or in HR is advantageous but not mandatory
