Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the academy's staffing needs. Core responsibilities include creating and posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to ensure smooth recruitment processes. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will assist in building a talent pipeline and maintaining candidate records to meet organizational growth goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various platforms.
• Organizational and time management skills necessary for handling multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic human resources principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
• Experience in educational or academic recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
