Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Schbang | Bengaluru | On-site)


Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to support high-volume and niche hiring across creative and digital roles. This role is ideal for someone strong in sourcing, outcalling, and initial screening, with a keen eye for identifying the right talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage and qualify potential candidates
  • Screen profiles for roles across Copy, Design, Strategy, and Digital
  • Perform initial HR screening and candidate evaluation
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and ATS updates
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on pipeline building
  • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) on sourcing and closures


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing
  • Exposure to hiring for creative, advertising, or digital roles is a plus
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and outcalling
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar platforms
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
