Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Frontend Developer with 2-3 years of experience in React Native, React JS, and modern frontend development. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in building mobile and web applications, translating UI requirements into clean interfaces, and collaborating with backend and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. React Native will be the primary skill requirement, with Flutter knowledge considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain frontend modules for mobile and web applications using React Native and React JS.
2. Assist in converting UI/UX designs, wireframes, and product requirements into responsive application screens.
3. Work closely with senior developers, backend engineers, QA, and product teams to implement assigned features.
4. Integrate frontend screens with REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.
5. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
6. Support debugging, issue resolution, and performance improvements across mobile and web interfaces.
7. Participate in sprint discussions, code reviews, testing support, and documentation activities.
8. Continuously learn and adopt modern frontend frameworks, libraries, and development practices.
Required Skills
1. Hands-on knowledge of React Native and React JS.
2. Basic understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component-based development.
3. Understanding of mobile app screen development, navigation, state management, and API integration.
4. Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON-based data handling.
5. Familiarity with Git, debugging tools, and frontend development workflows.
6. Flutter knowledge is an added advantage.
7. Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
8. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced product engineering environment.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of professional or internship experience in frontend or mobile application development.
3. Basic experience in building mobile or web application screens.
4. Ability to understand technical requirements and implement assigned frontend tasks independently with guidance.
5. Good understanding of UI responsiveness, reusable components, and application performance basics.
6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress clearly.
7. Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to improve code quality over time.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Exposure to React Native mobile application development.
2. Knowledge of Flutter or any other mobile development framework.
3. Basic understanding of frontend state management libraries.
4. Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms.
5. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
