Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Quality Executive role based in Alwar. The Junior Quality Executive will assist in implementing and monitoring quality control processes for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections and tests, documenting and reporting quality data, and supporting adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and help drive continuous improvement in quality practices. The Junior Quality Executive will also support audits, maintain quality records, and contribute to training initiatives related to quality and food safety.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of quality control and assurance practices, preferably in food and beverage or FMCG environments.
- Ability to perform inspections, testing, and documentation with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., FSSAI or similar frameworks).
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets or basic quality management software for recording and analyzing data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production and cross-functional teams.
- Capability to follow standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, food technology, quality management, or a related field.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in quality, manufacturing, or laboratory settings is an advantage.
