Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Coordinator to support procurement operations. The role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and process purchase orders as per requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and negotiations
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain supplier database and update purchase records
- Verify invoices with purchase orders and delivery details
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management
- Follow up on delays, shortages, or quality issues
- Assist in vendor comparison and cost analysis
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
Requirements:- degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement (Freshers welcome)
- Basic understanding of purchase and supply chain processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience with ERP tools (Zoho, SAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Salary:₹2 – ₹4 LPA (Based on experience)
